Sayen Gardens, New Jersey Proposal

I am so thankful I got to photograph Rooshhil and Akhila's proposal last year! Rooshhil spent tons of time going back and forth trying to find the best location, props and set up for this momentous occasion! With meticulous attention to detail and collaborative support from friends, he flawlessly executed the proposal, considering every intricate aspect to ensure the proposal's success! I mean, look at the adorable rose petal heart his friends made all the way to the poles being wrapped in flowers and the Marry Me sign!
The Proposal
When Akhila came for the proposal, she had a feeling it was going to happen! She even asked to not have her face blindfolded so her makeup wouldn't get ruined! But, that did not take away from the surprise because Rooshhil had a beautiful speech planned for him to read and all their friends were waiting for her as well! Rooshhil said his speech, there were some tears (maybe even some from behind the camera LOL) and then, SHE. SAID. YES.
TIME TO CELEBRATE!
Rooshhil and Akhila received an outpouring of affectionate hugs, kisses, phone calls, and jubilant screams, celebrating their achievement with overwhelming joy from all their friends! They called their parents, showed off the ring to everyone and I got to take their photos with all the people that came to celebrate!
The Photoshoot
Finally, we strolled through Sayen Gardens to capture their proposal photos, as they giggled incessantly, radiating pure joy and love. Their enthusiasm was contagious, and their adorable love story unfolded beautifully during the session, creating unforgettable moments. The diverse botanical gardens and stunning seasonal blooms at Sayen Gardens provided an array of vibrant colors and textures, adding depth and visual appeal to their memorable proposal shoot! The enchanting ambiance of the garden, adorned with captivating blooms and serene ponds, added a touch of romance and elegance to every frame. They were able to truly be themselves and enjoy the moment of finally being ENGAGED!
